Clearfield builds AI-powered workflows embedded under your clients' brands. This includes AI agents, automations, custom chatbots, process automation, and AI-enhanced internal tools — always delivered under the client's brand, never ours. We work across CRM integrations, internal operations, customer support, and sales functions. If it involves AI and needs to feel like the client's own team built it, that's what we do.
Most engagements run 5–8 weeks end-to-end through our four-phase Method: Discovery (1 week), Blueprint (1 week), Build (2–4 weeks), and Handoff (1 week). Workflow-tier projects can complete in 3–5 weeks. Transform-tier engagements scale with scope, typically 8–12 weeks. If the timeline matters to your client, it matters to us — we build to the calendar, not around it.
Fixed-scope, fixed-price. Three tiers: Workflow ($5,000) for a single AI workflow, Stack ($15,000) for up to 5 workflows with custom AI integration, and Transform ($50,000+) for a full AI operating layer. Every deliverable — code, documentation, training materials, runbooks, UIs — ships under the client's brand. We never appear as a vendor on anything your client sees. For Stack and Transform tiers, we produce a brand alignment guide to ensure every surface is consistent with the client's voice and visual identity. We do not include Clearfield attribution, logos, or references in any client-facing output. Your client wins the credit.
Full IP transfer to the client on completion. Custom models, workflows, integrations, documentation, and all assets become the client's property exclusively. We do not license work back, retain reuse rights, or appear in any attribution. This is not a grey area for us — if the client paid for it, it belongs to them. See the IP principle in our Method →
All systems are architected to your clients' existing compliance posture — SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, or industry-specific requirements. We work with your security team to conduct data flow analysis, define access controls, and ensure AI systems operate within defined boundaries. We do not store client data in our systems long-term — it flows through, is processed, and returns. If your client's industry has specific requirements, we build to them from day one.
The Handoff phase is designed to make us unnecessary. Every engagement includes full technical documentation, client-branded runbooks, and team training sessions. Transform-tier clients receive 90 days of post-launch support. Beyond that, the system runs independently — no ongoing retainer required, no dependency on us for day-to-day operation. We want our clients to not need us.
Yes. The Discovery Sprint ($2,500) is designed exactly for this — a standalone week that produces a written blueprint of your highest-leverage AI opportunity, with ROI model and scoped proposal. Use that output to decide whether and how to build. There's no obligation to proceed after the Sprint, and any Sprint fee is fully credited toward a full engagement if you do.
