Questions we get.

Is this white-labeled? Can I present it under my brand?

Yes. The blueprint document is delivered under your brand by default. If you're a consulting firm or agency buying on behalf of a client, we brand everything to your specifications. Clearfield doesn't appear in any deliverable.

What if we decide not to proceed with a full build?

You keep the blueprint. It belongs to you — no strings attached. If another vendor builds what we scoped, you can hand them our document. The $2,500 buys you clarity, not lock-in.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. The blueprint, workflow maps, opportunity analysis, and all supporting materials transfer to you on delivery. Clearfield retains no rights to reuse your business context or deliverables.

What's the refund policy?

If we don't deliver all six deliverables within 5 business days of kickoff (or within a mutually agreed extension), we'll issue a full refund. Once the readout call is complete, the sprint is considered delivered.

How does the $2,500 credit work?

If you book any full engagement ($5K Workflow, $15K Stack, or $50K Transform) within 60 days of the Discovery Sprint readout call, $2,500 is deducted from your first invoice. No hoops.

How much of my team's time does this require?

About 2–3 hours total spread across the week: the kickoff call (30 min), 2–3 stakeholder interviews (20 min each), and the readout call (60 min). Everything else runs on our side.
