You set the client price. We charge you a flat wholesale rate per engagement tier — the spread is your margin. No rev-share, no percentage clips, no variable fees.

At the Starter tier, a partner charging $5K keeps $1,500. At Growth, a $15K client engagement yields $5K. At Enterprise, the economics compound. You define your pricing — these are the floor rates we charge you.

Wholesale pricing is locked at partnership signing and holds for all engagements in the first 12 months. Rate cards reviewed annually.

The questions that close partner deals.

Every partner engagement is covered by a mutual NDA signed before any brief exchange. It covers: Clearfield's involvement as the delivery party, all client information you share with us, and all technical materials we produce. The NDA is bilateral — we protect your client relationship as much as you protect ours. Standard term is 3 years post-engagement.
Full IP transfer to the end client on completion — same as our direct engagements. Custom workflows, models, integrations, and all documentation become the client's exclusive property. We retain zero reuse rights, zero licensing claims, and no attribution in any client-facing asset. You can guarantee your client full ownership with no asterisks.
Starter-tier engagements include 30 days of post-launch support. Growth-tier includes 60 days. Enterprise-tier includes 90 days. All support is delivered through you — we respond to your requests, you communicate with the client. The client never deals with us directly. Extensions are available at a flat monthly rate negotiated at partner signing.
We don't take that call. The partner relationship is exclusive — all client-facing communication runs through you. If a client reaches out to us directly (e.g., finds Clearfield through some other channel), we redirect them to you without disclosing that we've worked together. We do not poach partner clients. Ever.
No minimum to get started. We accept partners on a per-engagement basis initially — you bring us one project, we deliver, you decide whether to continue. Formal partner agreements (with locked wholesale rates and priority scheduling) are offered once you've completed one engagement with us. Volume discounts kick in at 3+ engagements per quarter.
